Bring your coffee and listen to the loons on the lake or bring your cocktails and watch the sun set, as the White Mountains tower beyond the lake. The property is in a very convenient location. It is steps to a fabulous west side family beach and ball field. It is a short walk to the ferry landing, restaurant, general store and ice cream stand. A five minute ferry ride will deliver you, in your car, to Frye Island. This Island community is situated on 900 acres and consists of over 600 homes.
